These are 4 ways to alter your place in the Initiative order.
- Delay – Interrupt Action, You reduce your own Initiative for the rest of combat. You can specify this result or simply wait until later in the round and act, fixing your Initiative at that point. You cannot interrupt anyone else’s actions, as you can with a readied action.
- Ready – Standard Action, you ready a Standard, Shift, or Free Action. Specify the action and the conditions which trigger it. Any time before your next turn, you may take the readied action in response to the trigger as an Interrupt Action. The action occurs just before the action that triggers it. If the other character is still capable of doing so, their action continues once your action is finished.
- Agile Style attacking option – Standard Action, during an attack you can impose a -1 Accuracy penalty to your attack roll and increase your Initiative by 2 for the rest of combat.
- Slow Style attacking option – Standard Action, during an attack you can reduce your Initiative by 2 for the rest of combat and gain a +1 Accuracy bonus to your attack roll. Can bring your Initiative below 0.
